Children with disabilities have special needs: they have to be taken care of, beloved, and of course, they need medical treatment. And their parents need a lot more moral and material strength to give to their children. Therefore, our Foundation provides support to such families: where parents love their kids and try very hard to help them in their special needs. We are taking care of such children too and provide long-term assistance: we buy medicines that are necessary through all the times, we pay regular rehabilitation courses or we simply buy food or tickets to get to medical centers located outside of Petropavlovsk.

We carry out good activities and the funds raised by our Foundation goes to support such children and their families. Parents no longer need to think about where to get the money for an expensive drug that is soon to end, or for rehabilitation after which their child will become much better. Patrons and friends of our Foundation releive mothers and dads of our ward children from these daily worries.

About a year ago we just had five families to help. Today there are ten ward families under care of our Foundation!

We have a lot of plans for the future! We feel the support of many kind people and we are sure that everything will work out well! You too can take part in the life of special children. You can help our Foundation, or you can help our children directly in person: we are ready to share the contacts of our ward children. You have to simply ask 😉

Ahmed Abilov, Our kids

Ahmed Abilov

Ahmed Abilov was born on August 18, 2009.

The boy suffered a trauma, and after numerous examinations he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and a deep delay in development. But despite such serious diagnosis, Ahmed’s parents did not give up, they were taking care of their son. Thanks to the parents, Ahmed learned to turn, sit and even walk, though it happened as he was 4 years old. But that is a huge progress in the development and a great achievement for Ahmed.

The boy retained his intellect, and work with him produced a result that not everyone can achieve: Ahmed can walk, drink and eat independently. Ahmed can even go to the toilet on his own. For a healthy person, this sounds ordinary. But for a baby who has cerebral palsy, it’s such a huge achievement that it’s hard to believe!

Now the boy has a remission for epilepsy, that is, by choosing the right treatment, he managed to get rid of seizures. But it has to be constantly maintained by taking medicine. And the purchase of these drugs is a permanent article of expenses for his family. And here they need help.

Ahmed grows curious, likes to draw, tries to sculpt, shows interest in different training games. He constantly needs classes with a psychologist, speech therapist, defectologist, since Ahmed still has much to learn.

The boy is very well rehabilitated. And right now, during the growth period, it’s not a good idea to stop. We need to continue to do everything possible so that he can become a full-fledged person, able to realize all his capabilities.
